This job performs daily sales process activities within North America CRM and other systems to ensure the
efficient delivery of superior support essential to enhance sales team productivity and systems capabilities in
compliance with existing company policies, goals and priorities.
Key Accountabilities :
- Assist in the activation of the auto-renewal process : Ensure accurate creation of Auto Renewal
- Opportunities in Salesforce and timely submission of agreements to prevent service interruptions,
- providing necessary support for agreement adjustments based on paperwork and product details.
- Support in generating ad hoc reports to monitor client usage and provide necessary insights to support
- the project objectives.
- Collaborate with the team on CRM clean-up tasks as required for project alignment.
- Assist in updating agreement details in Iris to facilitate finance invoicing processes.
- Migrate original customers into a new platform by doing amendment on active contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the project.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field is required.Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in business administration or sales support role. Exposure working within a SaaS organization is preferred.Familiarity with and Sales Operations processes preferred.Proficiency Working in MS Office and Adobe.Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in written and oral French as an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Fluency in French is a plus
