Recruitment Officer - Internship / Stage

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities :

Fully integrated into the team's activities, you will be trained in the entire recruitment process for a population of specialist engineers.

As a Recruitment Officer, your responsibilities will be to :

• Gather recruitment requirements
• Write, publish and update job offers
• Analyse and select the applications received
• Source candidates on various platforms (LinkedIn, career sites)
• Contact candidates and answer their questions
• Conduct phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews between the candidates and the business managers
• Follow up on the applications
• Update our database
• Participate in meetings and propose innovative ideas to improve the recruitment strategy
• Collaborate with the team on various recruitment and HR projects and support them on the daily tasks
• Contribute to the team's success in achieving its objectives

Rôle et responsabilités :
