Pay : $21.50 - $22.50 DOE

What Will You Be Doing?
As an Infant & Toddler Educator , you will work side-by-side with fellow educators and families to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate “home away from home” for children ages 6 weeks to 36 months .
You will support early development through responsive caregiving, intentional programming, and strong family partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate programming aligned with BrightPath curriculum and early learning standards
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of infants and toddlers at all times
- Create a warm, clean, and engaging classroom environment that supports early exploration and growth
- Observe and assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs, and communicate progress with families and team members
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with co-workers, leadership, and families
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of classroom materials and learning spaces
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GEDEarly Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate or equivalent (as required by state / provincial regulations)Experience working with infants and / or toddlers in a licensed child care setting preferredMust meet all state / provincial requirements for child care employmentCurrent First Aid and Infant / Child CPR certificationCurrent immunizations and health assessments as required by local health authoritiesStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to work within regular operating hours
