Mechanical Superintendent

As a Mechanical Superintendent with a strong trades background and proven leadership experience we invite you to join our operations team in Hamilton ON . This permanent role is based on a client site and will play a key role in overseeing mechanical construction and maintenance activities. While local candidates are preferred we welcome all qualified applicants to apply.

What would you be doing

Provide direct supervision to multiple mechanical crews and service teams ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Prepare monitor and drive project schedules in collaboration with the operations team to ensure budgets timelines and deliverables are met.

Estimate plan and manage project labour and material requirements to support operational and project needs.

Establish implement and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Manage mechanical resources and maintenance activities to maintain optimize and enhance critical equipment performance
