Scrum Master

Position: Scrum Master Location: Hybrid - Downtown MontrealJob Type: Full-Time, 3 Days On-SiteOur client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in downtown Montreal for a 1 year contract. The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of hands-on experience guiding Agile teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement within complex technical environments. Experience in the financial industry is highly valued, as you will be supporting initiatives that require strong understanding of regulated environments and cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed.- Support multiple development teams, removing blockers and promoting productivity.- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and clear priorities.- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement.- Track team performance using relevant metrics and provide actionable insights.- Foster a culture of transparency, communication, and high delivery standards.Qualifications:- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.- Strong background working with cross-functional technical teams.- Financial industry experience is highly preferred.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.- Certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is an asset.- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite in downtown Montreal).Please send your resume in Word format to Gabriela Pineda at gabriela.pineda@quantum-qtr.com.REFER A HIRE AND EARN $1,000!
