We are looking for a seasoned individual to expand our Customer Service Team who is well experienced in print, has excellent organizational skills, a high attention to detail, is self-motivated and is determined to complete all tasks handed to them.

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities are to assist customers via phone, email, and online chat; as well as help out at our reception area when needed. You will use your print knowledge to help prospective customers put their concept to print. In short - you will need to be an expert in our products and services so you can work in close liaison with our customers and Jukebox team, ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to.

Are you It?

The perfect candidate will be high-spirited, fast-learning, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and stylish. It is mandatory that you have experience in the printing / graphic communications industry. Having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is an asset (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or e-commerce where you communicate directly with the public. Other requirements are :

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3+ years in a customer service position - e.g. call centre, hospitality, retail
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • 1+ year in Print and / or Graphic Communications industry

The hired applicant will start working on a full-time basis immediately. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM . Training shifts will also be 9 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM Monday-Friday.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.00-$23.00 per hour
