Job description3+ years of UiPath development experience UiPath Developer certification (Advanced preferred) Experience with RE Framework and best practices Strong skills in VB.NET or C# programming Experience with SQL databases and API integrations Background in process automation for operations or finance Ability to work in nearshore delivery model with EST hours Experience with Document Understanding or AI Center Knowledge of Python for automation tasks Airline or logistics industry experience AWS cloud services familiarity
Overview : We are seeking Intermediate RPA Developers with strong UiPath skills to develop, test, and deploy automated workflows. These nearshore positions will work within a POD structure to deliver 2-3 automations monthly across various business domains.
Responsibilities :
- Develop UiPath workflows and bots based on business requirements
- Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions
- Deploy bots to UiPath Orchestrator and manage configurations
- Collaborate with POD Lead for code reviews and best practices
- Support UAT activities with business stakeholders
- Document technical specifications and deployment guides
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with developers
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
