What You Will Do

• Assign jurisdictional classification and define harmonized system (HS) codes for tangible and intangible items.
• Perform all site‑based secure transfers of technical data between internal customers and all external entities.
• Maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain training and audit / assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Create clear concise engineering documentation, including user manuals, training materials, design documents, test procedures and technical reports.
• Conduct and document instrument security and global trade assessments, creating procedures for clearing instruments as required.
• Establish documentation management controls and define labeling and naming conventions for new and existing products.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory analysis tasks as required.
