Responsibilities

• Enter new sales from the sales team into internal systems
• Activate and update existing customer accounts
• Review and verify customer information for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and flag missing or incorrect information
• Maintain clean and organized digital records
• Support the team with call overflow during peak seasons when needed
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve data issues
