Branch Manager

Overview

Branch Manager role at Nutrien Ag Solutions . Responsible for overseeing financial sales and business operations within the branch.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and implement the branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and maintain invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy.
• Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage all aspects of human resources within the branch including hiring, promotion, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received, maintain inventory records, requisition supplies in accordance with sales projections and movement of product within market area.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and services.
• Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
