The Opportunity

Are you ready to make waves in marine manufacturing? As a Waterjet Operator , you’ll be a key player in our collaborative team, operating a state-of-the-art 5‑axis OMAX® waterjet to produce precision parts for our marine products. You’ll work closely with inventory, machining, and assembly teams to keep production flowing and our customers delighted. Our Waterjet Operators make between $23.00 to $32.00 CAD per hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, program, and operate our advanced 5‑axis OMAX waterjet for accurate cutting of metals and composites
• Collaborate with inventory to stage materials and prep jobs
• Operate horizontal bandsaws, forklifts, and overhead cranes for material handling
• Read technical drawings and ensure parts meet world‑class quality standards
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and keep your workspace clean and safe
• Work according to documented procedures and complete all required records
