About the Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist , you'll play a key role in shaping how Smart'n communicates its value to nurses and our partners. You'll work on everything from crafting go-to-market strategies for new features to optimizing campaigns that drive user growth. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by addressing the challenges nurses face and enhancing their professional lives.

This role offers a hybrid arrangement, combining part-time remote work with in-person collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive User Growth : Collaborate with the Product Growth team to optimize acquisition funnels and attract nurses to the platform.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies : Plan and implement campaigns for new product features, launches, and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Conduct Market Research : Analyze trends, competitors, and user feedback to refine marketing efforts and discover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with others to align on messaging, priorities, and timelines.
  • Monitor and Report Campaign Performance : Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • About You

  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an ability to quickly adapt and have a bias for aciton
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in product marketing , preferably in consumer technology applications, digital health products or a related field.
  • You understand digital and social media marketing and have hands-on experience with campaigns, including platforms like , Google Ads, or other targeted channels
  • You have experience with user engagement and retention strategies
  • You are data-driven, using analytics and market research to inform your strategies and measure success.
  • You are a team player , excel at collaboration and enjoy succeeding with others
  • Bonus Points if you have :

  • A nursing background or healthcare industry experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or digital platforms for professionals.
