Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule content calendars.
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Oversee community management: respond to comments, engage with followers, and build brand communities.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to execution and reporting.
• Analyze social performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team (design, photography, video) to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management (agency or brand-side).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms, including trends, analytics, and content best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills—able to manage multiple accounts at once.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
• A creative thinker who understands both aesthetics and strategy.
