This includes organizing preventative maintenance, supervising operators, and ensuring all work is performed in compliance with applicable safety regulations and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, operate, and maintain plant refrigeration systems in safe operating condition Schedule and coordinate maintenance and preventative maintenance activities Complete routine equipment and building system inspections Diagnose and correct equipment faults Perform refrigeration system checks in accordance with TSSA requirements, manufacturer specifications, and internal procedures Lead and train refrigeration operators and coordinate their daily tasks Maintain clean and organized engine rooms Report any food safety issues immediately Work safely and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act Report all hazards, incidents, accidents, or near misses Follow all standard operating procedures, Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
