Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager based in Niagara falls ON.The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage store staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and fostering a positive store environment. They will be responsible for upholding company standards, motivating employees, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide an outstanding experience for all customers
• Proven ability in Store Management, including leading a team, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management
• Experience with Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize losses
• Previous retail management experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for games, puzzles, and collectibles is a plus
