Superintendent / Surintendant

Ensure adherence to company deadlines and quality standards,
maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders.

• Summon the subcontractors and the project manager to the first site meeting;
• Ensure that all subcontractors fulfill their obligations and comply with the requirements of their contract regarding deadlines and quality;
• Coordinate the activities of the specialized workforce and subcontractors on the construction site;
• Communicate with the project manager in case of problems and find ingenious solutions to resolve them quickly;
• Write various site reports;
• Manage materials received or to be received efficiently and ensure compliance with delivery schedules and budgets;
• Document all activities related to the construction site and validate the quality of the work;
• To be the resource person for health and safety at work;
• Work in collaboration with the prevention officer when he is present on the construction site.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent for large-scale institutional, commercial, and industrial building construction projects;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Excellent management skills;
• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety;
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
