Site Manager – Residential

Clearfield are seeking an experienced No1 site manager for a residential new build scheme in near Mile End, East London.

We are partnering with a medium size main contractor carrying out a design & build contract of 4no passivhaus units.

Suitable candidates will require a strong background in residential design & build contracts up to circa £15m / 50units.

Requirements for the role include :

• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First aid ticket
• Valid CSCS card
• 5yrs residential design & build experience
