Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day activities within our distribution center, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will involve managing all key processes including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products, all while maintaining a strong focus on cost control, quality, and timeliness.As the Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management and maximize storage efficiency. You will also monitor operational performance using key metrics, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.Your leadership will be crucial in developing and mentoring a diverse team. You'll oversee a group of supervisors and staff, ensuring their growth through training, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts will be key in maintaining a productive work environment.Safety will be a top priority as you ensure compliance with all regulations and workplace safety standards.
