This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Technical Project Engineer will oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing technical projects and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. Majority of projects are at the processing plant.

Key Accountabilities

• Identyfikacja i rozwiązywanie niezgodności w realizacji projektów technicznych zgodnie z harmonogramem i budżetem.
• Przestrzeganie wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych standardów jakości.
• Monitorowanie i raportowanie statusu projektów, w tym kosztów, terminów i zasobów kadrowych.
• Organizacja zespołów projektowych, przydzielanie zadań, tworzenie harmonogramów i określanie potrzeb zasobowych.
• Samodzielne rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów przy minimalnym nadzorze, eskalując jedynie najbardziej skomplikowane kwestie.
• Wykonywanie innych zadań zleconych przez przełożonych.
