• Moving ladders paint cans and other painting/ mudding equipment.
• Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster.
• Repairing cracks and other damage to the drywall panels.
• Keeping supervisor informed of progress.
• Ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
• Keeping trucks storage areas neat and clean.
• Checking inventory and ordering paint and other supplies when needed.
• Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
• Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
• Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
• Achieve and remain current in required certifications
• Support franchisee and franchisor organizational mission vision and value statement
