Dass Rebar Plant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Manager to oversee operations at Dass Rebar. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This leadership role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage production schedules and labor, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with Team members and solving any problems that may arise on a daily basis
- Willingness and confidence to address any critical issues that have to due with labour, production or changes in the production process
- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible work environment
- Knowledge of management principles when it comes to production scheduling, labour scheduling and production output
- Being reliable, responsible, and committed to fulfilling obligations.
- The ability to give full attention to what others are saying and effectively communicate information so that others will understand.
- Being proactive with seeking out work that needs to be done and being willing to take on responsibilities and challenges.

- Monitors plant performance
- Head of Quality Control Unit
- Prepares and interprets production reports as well as controls inventories
- Responsible for training all facility personnel on QC and process procedures
- Maintains quality control and quality assurance equipment and records
- Maintains calibration standards, including inspection, testing and measuring equipment
- Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.Experience leading a team of people in a continuous production line.Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose & solve issues with process and plant equipment; and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions.Experience training teammates on plant operations, quality control procedures and the proper techniques of instrument calibration and maintenanceExperience in manufacturing of IMP’sExperience in Polyurethane and / or Polyisocyanurate processing
