About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our elite technical team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 environments, Tier 3 support, and enterprise‑level system administration. You will handle complex escalations, design and maintain infrastructure, and lead initiatives that ensure uptime and security for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Azure).Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and hybrid environments.Lead projects for system upgrades, migrations, and security hardening.Document processes and mentor junior team members.Participate in on‑call rotation for critical incidents.Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in system administration or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and licensing.Expertise in Windows Server, Hyper‑V, VMware, networking protocols, and firewalls.Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems (Zoho preferred).Certifications : Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred
Experience with scripting (PowerShell).Knowledge of Azure AD, security compliance, and MFA implementations.Familiar with the MSP world.Why Join Us?
