This Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Change Management Program Managerplaysa vital role in ensuring that the Global Supply Chain and Operations department can adapt to evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to define the change strategy andobjectives ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.

• Change Planning: Develop comprehensive change management plans including communication training and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement:Identifykey stakeholders and build strong relationships to gaintheir supportand alignment with change initiatives.

• Communication: Create and execute communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed about changes progress and the impact on the organization.

• Training and Development: Design develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.

• Risk Management:Identifypotential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address these challenges.

• Measurement and Evaluation:Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular progress reports to leadership.

• Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunities for ongoing improvement in processes and systems to support organizational effectiveness.

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple change projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure a seamless integration of change initiatives into existing workflows.

• Change Implementation and Support:Collaborate with project teams to execute change initiatives according to the change management plan.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintainaccuraterecords of change management activities including documentation of lessons learned and best practices.

• Prepare progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Evaluate and report on the overall success andimpactof the change initiative.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degreeinOrganizational Development Change Management or a related field (Mastersdegree preferred).

• Proven experience in organizational change management preferably within a global supply chain and operations environment.

• Strong understanding of change managementand organizational effectivenessprinciples methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Project management experience andproficiencyin project management tools and techniques.

• Analytical skills to assess the impact of changes and measure their success.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Change management certification (e.g.Prosci ACMP) is a plus.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience managing complex change initiatives and projects in a global context is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with supply chain and operations processes and systems is a plus.
