The Role

It’s an energetic time of change, and we’re looking for a Financial & Systems Controller who can bring fresh perspective, perseverance, and strategic insight to help guide that evolution. This role combines financial leadership with ERP / system ownership and operational process management. You will ensure both the numbers and the systems behind the numbers run with precision, efficiency, and insight.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both :

• Hands‑on Financial Controller work – accounting, payroll, FX, reporting, cash flow, margins, inventory accounting.
• Systems & Operational Ownership – SAP B1, workflows, data integrity, integrations, process improvements, automation, inventory accuracy, and cross‑department support.
