AsManager Customer Serviceyoullguide a dynamic team located across central Saskatchewan focused on delivering exceptional customer service in Ag Production financing. Youllcoach and mentor staffonbuilding relationships with customers and creating strong partnerships with internal teams ensuring quality documentationandefficient processes.Working with the district leadership team youll help shave strategy optimize workflow and support the district business plan to achieve organizational goals.

Whatyoulldo

  • Lead a high-performing customer service team managing performance and development

  • Manage workload prioritiesidentifyemployee development requirements setgoalsand evaluate performance

  • Work with district leadership team to develop and execute business plan and marketing strategiesbetween business units

  • Monitoroperational reports (for examplecompliance and loan review)

  • Maintain the district budget and manage daily operations: facilities managementmeetingsand event planning

Whatyoullbring to the team

Requiredqualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in administration or business

  • A minimum offour years of related experience (oran equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Leadership experienceincluding coachingmentoringand developing team members to improve performance or achieve measurable results

  • Demonstrated experience delivering agricultural or commercial financial services including relationship building assessing clientsneeds supporting lending or credit processes or managing a portfolio of business or farm clients

  • Experience leading or supporting change initiatives driving continuousimprovementand delivering measurable impact in processesteamsor projects

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the province

Preferredqualifications:

  • Bilingualism (English and French)
