HVAC Maintenance Technician - 24 / 7 Operations

Key Responsibilities :

Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, power systems, and related infrastructure.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely support and efficient system operations.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow established safety practices.

Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a critical 24 / 7 / 365 environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Expertise with commercial HVAC systems, including EPA certification

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDU units, and batteries

Ability to work across multiple shifts with a strong focus on safety and operational procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic proficiency with computers, including email and typing.
