Insolvency Counsellor, Personal Debt Solutions

Responsibilities

Assist debtors and creditors, both in person and virtually, regarding bankruptcies and proposals.
Perform BIA Counselling covering budgeting and credit rebuilding topics.
Review files / documents with clients to ensure compliance with insolvency filing duties.
Community outreach, business development, and presentations.

Your Experience and Education

Successful completion of CAIRP Practical Course on Insolvency Counseling.

≥ 2 years of relevant experience in Insolvency or Credit Counseling.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and time‑management in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.

Team player who can also work independently.
