Les conditions de travail et avantages
- Poste permanent à temps complet avec un horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi, 40 heures / semaine;
- Salaire annuel entre 78 426 $ et 102 627 $;
- Prime de disparité régionale annuelle;

Le mandat
- Participer à l’application, la mise en œuvre et la mise à jour des politiques de gestion de la sécurité et de la sûreté et les procédures afférentes (Système de gestion de la sécurité (SGS);
- Coordonner la gestion et l’organisation de tous les équipements (véhicules, machineries et outillages) sur chaque site aéroportuaire (mobilisation, démobilisation, entretien, sous-contrat, formation, etc.);
- Participer à l’élaboration des plans d’action annuels en visant l’atteinte des orientations et objectifs stratégiques établis;
- Superviser les équipes, standardiser les opérations terrains et maintenir un niveau de qualité supérieur par le biais d’un processus d’amélioration continu sur chaque site aéroportuaire;
- Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Posséder un certificat universitaire en gestion de transport aérien, en logistique ou en administration ou toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée équivalente;
- Disposer de trois (3) ans à moins de cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente;
- Posséder une bonne connaissance du secteur, des lois et des règlements relatifs au domaine aéroportuaire;
- Maîtriser les logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour la communication écrite et orale en français.
