Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments accurately

Organize and maintain parts storage areas to ensure efficiency and inventory accuracy, including cycle counts

Pick, stage, and coordinate shipping / delivery for wholesale parts orders

Accurately record all parts movement in the Dealer Management System (DMS)

Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department

Qualifications :

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in parts inventory, warehousing, or logistics (Experience in Automotive and familiarity with specific parts catalogs, product lines or basic knowledge of parts and components is considered an asset)

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Basic proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
