OwnanddrivethedeliveryofacriticalAI-poweredworkflowwithinfinancialservices,withafocusontax-relatedusecases.Yourjobisnottobeataxexpert.Yourjobistoturnambiguousclientneedsintoclearrequirements,alignteams,andgethigh-qualityproductworkshippedontime.

YouwillsitattheintersectionofProductandProjectManagement,actingastheexecutionbackbonebetweencustomers,engineering,andinternalstakeholders.

WhatYou’llDo

• Leaddeliveryendtoend:Ownplanning,execution,andtrackingforacomplexAIproductinitiative,keepingscope,timelines,andstakeholdersaligned.
• Requirementsmastery:Rundiscoverywithclientsandinternalteams,translateneedsintoclearPRDs,userstories,andacceptancecriteria.
• Driveexecution,notjustcoordination:Breakdowncomplexproblems,sequencework,unblockteams,andensuremomentumweekoverweek.
• Client-facingleadership:Runworkingsessions,statusupdates,andmilestonereviewswithenterprisefinancialservicesclients.
• Productjudgment:Maketradeoffsbetweenspeed,quality,andscope,withastrongbiastowardshippingusablevalue.
• PartnercloselywithEngineeringandDesign:Clarifyintent,answerquestionsquickly,andkeepdeliverytight.
• Learnnewdomainsfast:Absorbtaxandregulatoryconceptsasneeded,withoutlettingdomaingapsslowexecution.

• Strongbackgroundinfinancialservices,suchasassetmanagement,banking,insurance,orregulatedenterpriseworkflows.
• Provenabilitytogatherrequirementsandturnambiguityintoclear,actionableplans.
• Trackrecordofshippingcomplexproductswithmultiplestakeholders.
• Clearwrittenandverbalcommunication.Youcanexplaincomplextopicssimplyandprecisely.
• Comfortoperatinginfast-moving,imperfectenvironments.
