Assistant Manager

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating team members to reach their full potential. Assist with daily operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining operational standards. Contribute to analyzing business metrics and identifying opportunities to maximize sales and profitability. Foster a positive and customer-centric environment that reflects the brand’s values. Step in to oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within menswear or fashion apparel
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and contribute to revenue growth
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality shopping experience
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational standards
• Must be currently based in Calgary, AB
