We are hiring for a Full‑Time Maintenance Administrator with a wage range of $45,000 - $55,000 at our Operations Office in Stony Plain, AB.

The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the organization by coordinating maintenance and store planning administrative tasks and, collaborating with stores and vendors, and ensuring workflows run efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational effectiveness, and assists management in implementing, monitoring and measuring maintenance procedures.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assist in the implementation of all Store Planning programs
• Manage, measure, and monitor all Store Planning programs
• Maintain equipment inventory and vendor management
• Coordinate Equipment and Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Programs to all store locations including :
• Annual & Semi‑Annual Inspections
• Service Calls
• Create Purchase Orders for Equipment and Supplies
• Preparation and maintenance of operational reports, records, and documentation
• Assist with the coordination of store projects, renovations, and new build projects
• Assist Store Planning Director with other duties as assigned
• Reports to the Director of Store Planning
