Overview

You will help clients reach their financial goals while building and growing your own business within the RBC brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Generate inbound/outbound sales and earn 100% commission.
• Provide strong planning and financial advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners.
• Leverage RBC’s resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.
• Maintain relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of outbound sales experience.
• Completed Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will prior to starting.
• Passion for financial planning and portfolio management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in direct marketing or high‑value sales.
• Certifications: CFP, CIM, CFA.

Compensation

Base salary with unlimited commission potential and possible discretionary variable incentive.
