Job description

We currently have an opportunity available on our team for a customer focused, energetic Live-in Resident Manager at our Garden Park location. This position will share on-call and cleaning responsibilities with another Resident Manager on site. Responsibilities :

  • The day-to-day management of the property including cleaning, minor repair / maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems, and showing units when necessary;
  • First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations;
  • Arrange, coordinate and supervise onsite trades people;
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duty, enforce the rules and regulations of the property;
  • Snow removal / salting (building entrances) during winter months;
  • Host resident events;
  • Shared on call responsibilities.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role;
  • Proven communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office and Outlook;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision;
  • Previous experience with Property Management industry and / or as a building superintendent is an asset.
