Scrum Master at Corpay
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Scrum Master within our SVS/Buyatab division. This position falls under our gift card line of business and is in Vancouver, Canada.
You will bring experience as a Scrum Master in the tech and/or finance sector, a passion for agile methodology, and a collaborative mindset. You think critically, can empathize with diverse team perspectives, solve problems and communicate effectively with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment. How We Work
As a Scrum Master you will be based in our Vancouver office and Corpay will provide:

Role Responsibilities
- Help the team embrace agile values, adopt and apply agile principles, and implement agile practices. Serve the team, including the Product Owner (PO).
- Assist the team to align and focus on Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Goals.
- Foster continuous improvement of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Guide the team to remove impediments and assess Scrum maturity, coaching towards higher levels.
- Support the PO in managing the product backlog and roadmap, fostering healthy dynamics around scope, priorities, and quality.
- Capture and monitor metrics to inform stakeholder conversations.
- Drive Safe Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming.
- Showcase JIRA and Confluence experience and management.
- Manage risk and impediments, including external team dependencies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with JIRA or other agile tools.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe SSM).
- Effective planning and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain software engineering concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Teamwork skills, collaborative with distributed team members.
- Commitment to continual improvement across all development aspects.

Pay Transparency
- The salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 – $97,000, which may vary based on skills, experience, training, licenses, and other business needs.
