Job description2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable / Transactions analyst role (Oil & gas experience preferred) University / College degree Experience with SAP or SMS Excellent oral and written communications, and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and other computer skills
Our client, a large energy provider in Canada, is looking to hire Commercial Transactions Analyst - Accounts Receivable for an initial 6-month contract in Calgary.
As a Commercial Transactions Analyst will be responsible for :
- Maintenance of CRP Accounts Receivable Accounts
- Ensure CRP customer accounts are kept current
- Ensure that cash receipts and credits are applied to invoices on a timely basis
- Investigate and resolve issues identified with customer accounts and input journal entries as required
- Prepare and maintain accounting flows and documentation from start to completion for the CRP Accounts Receivable process
- Resolving or escalating discrepancies as needed
