Morningside Nissan, a part of Drive Autogroup is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team responsible for coordinating the service process and experience by assisting customers. Our Company is looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, is organized, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
- Meet & greet customers in-person or via the phone
- Experience with CDK
- Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations
- Follow up with customer's to ensure their expectations were met / exceeded
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Follow all organizational safety standards
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
- Position involves sitting for long periods of time
- Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years experienceExperience in the automotive industry preferredConfident approach with customers to understand their needsAttention to detail and a positive attitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional phone handling experienceWhat we Offer
