Title : Accounts Payable Manager

Location : Ville Saint-Laurent

Salary : 75-80K

Start date : As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Receive stock items in ERP system

Calculate landed inventory costs

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of the a / p subsidiary ledger with the general ledger;

Ensure monthly reconciliation of accumulated inventory purchases and accumulated third-party fees

Periodically validate suppliers' sales tax registration numbers

Issue weekly cheques (CAD and US)

Monthly payment of rent and corporate income tax instalments

Initiate supplier payments

Update supplier file

Regularize accounts payable at month-end

Reconcile customs charges

Complete and submit credit applications to suppliers

Register and process employee credit card payments

Collaborate with warehouse managers on all accounts payable issues

Code invoices for GL

Ensure that all Accounts Payables e-mails are processed on a daily basis

Supervise the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

AEC / DEC in Accounting

2-3 years of experience in similar role

Experience working with Great Plains or D365(an Asset)

Proficient with Excel

Bilingual
