Drake International is looking for a talented Business Development Manager / Staffing Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team in Winnipeg, MB. What You’ll Do :

  • Developing the business throughout Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan
  • Activating business networks and professional social networks / representing the company
  • Managing an existing portfolio, developing new prospects and maintaining periodical contact through telephone, email and face-to-face communication
  • Prospecting new clients through cold calls and warm leads
  • Reporting sales visits and making sure of the relevance of the information
  • Identifying potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization
  • Setting up and attending face-to-face meetings (understanding and qualifying client needs and requirements)
  • Build client relationships to maintain and develop business
  • Reporting on a weekly basis to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong command of the English language both verbal and written
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Business Development. Sales experience preferred in industry services
  • Proven success in Sales
  • Effective communication skills, adept at building client relationships
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A team player with a good business acumen, strong negotiation skills a positive attitude
  • Clean driving abstract with reliable vehicle
  • Clear criminal background check
