My client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and fueling our rapid expansion with sound financial management. The ideal candidate brings solid, progressive experience in accounting and finance operations within a high-growth environment, capable of blending hands-on execution with inspiring team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Managing and mentoring accounting and finance team members and promoting accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across all financial workflows.
• Financial Operations & Reporting : Leading all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, AP / AR, payroll, and month-end close. This involves preparing and reviewing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, managing cash flow, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Internal Controls & Audit : Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal control systems. The Controller will also coordinate and support external audits and tax filings, driving continuous improvement in accounting processes, documentation, and system automation.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with business unit leaders, monitoring actuals vs. budgets, providing variance analysis with actionable insights, and maintaining strong cost control discipline to optimize expense efficiency.

Business Partnership : Working closely with Product, Risk, and Growth teams to align financial tracking with business performance. This includes providing financial data and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making and assisting in evaluating new initiatives, partnerships, and vendor contracts from a financial perspective.
