Marketing Specialist Full Time – Hybrid (St.

John’s, NL) Fonemed is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life, support campaign execution, and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels.

You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing initiatives that promote Fonemed’s products and services, helping us expand our reach and strengthen our impact in the healthcare technology space.

Position Overview The Marketing Specialist will support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with Fonemed’s strategic goals.

This role involves hands-on work in content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and digital marketing analytics.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and impactful results across all channels.

Key Responsibilities : Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and traditional media)  Manage and update the company website to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand and marketing goals.

Create engaging content for web, social media, email, and print materials Write and edit articles, blogs, internal communication pieces and marketing content to support campaigns and strengthen brand presence.

Coordinate marketing activities for events, trade shows, and conferences Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to recommend improvements Assist in managing Fonemed’s website and social media presence Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, technology, or professional services Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital platforms Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media ad platforms Familiarity with SEO / SEM and digital marketing best practices Experience with design and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset Why Work with Us With over 20 years in the telehealth industry servicing clients across North America, Fonemed prides itself on providing outstanding client experience and practicing a culture of care in everything we do.
