Operations Management

Manage the resort's day-to-day operations, including accommodations, food and beverage services, and facilities.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality throughout the property.

Human Resources Leadership

Utilize proven HR acumen to recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated staff.Foster a respectful and supportive workplace culture that encourages professional growth.Address employee concerns with patience and empathy, promoting a cohesive and motivated team.

Guest Experience

Maintain a guest-first approach by creating welcoming, personalized experiences that reflect the company's values.Address guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.Develop programming and activities that enhance the guest experience and celebrate the local community.

Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community, ensuring alignment with the resort's values and goals.Represent the resort with sincerity and integrity in all interactions.

Independent Leadership

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make sound decisions without direct supervision.Exhibit resourcefulness and accountability in managing challenges and opportunities.

Financial and Strategic Management

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and financial health.Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing improvements as needed.Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the resort and attract guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge, resort, or remote setting.
  • Strong leadership and HR management skills, with a high degree of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities.
  • A deep understanding of and connection to the local community is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset.
