Data validation agent

Reporting to the Data Validation Supervisor, the agent ensures the accuracy of the information to be entered into the various systems. He / she is meticulous and attentive in transmitting data in compliance with Groupe Robert rules and procedures.

SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday, 3 : 30pm to midnight

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

• Enter data into the system, validating the accuracy of the information (destination, contents, quantity, etc.) with the bills of lading (50 bills per hour).
• Scan and file documents
• Respond to all e-mail and telephone inquiries
• Other related tasks
