About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support priority digital and modernization initiatives for the Our Client's– Primary and Preventative Health Services . The successful candidate will provide advanced business analysis and technical requirements expertise, working across multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure business needs are accurately translated into high-quality technical solutions within a complex healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation
• Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and use cases across health and administrative systems
• Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for architecture, development, and delivery teams
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational and technical constraints
• Evaluate new service and technology requests, assess impacts, and provide recommendations to support modernization initiatives
• Support proof-of-concepts, system enhancements, replacements, and limited production rollouts
• Provide quality oversight during implementations and ensure compliance with change management and governance processes
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produce regular status reporting, deliverable tracking, and documentation as required
