We are recruiting a Site Maintenance Assistant on a Part-Time, Permanent basis, working 22.5 hours per week. Pay rate up to £12.19 per hour DOE.
The role of Site Maintenance Assistant :
You will cover general site maintenance across our site based in Farnham.
Key Responsibilities :
Painting and decorating
Small building / construction tasks
Slab and paving repairs
Drainage blockages
Minor plumbing task
About You :
The candidate will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have confidence to work independently and as a team player.
Maintenance experience is essential in this role. The role is physically demanding.
