Requirements
HR Leadership Experience in Retail : 7-10 years of HR experience, including managing people and processes in high-traffic retail environments. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; bilingualism is an asset.Agile Leadership : Exceptional planning and adaptability skills, with a proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams.
