JOB DESCRIPTION Job identification Job title : Social Media Manager Division : Communications and Engagement Supervisor : Associate Director, Communications and Engagement Job Status : Contract, 3 years, full-time (35 hours per week) Posting Period : August 7 to August 26, 2024 Job entry : Fall 2024 Job summary / Purpose of the job Always aligned with the CCA's digital, marketing and communications strategies, the mission and the vision of the CCA, the Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the content strategy on the social engagement platforms and the resulting initiatives.
They manage the planning, production and distribution of content on social tools, in coherence with the institution's overall communications activities and curatorial approach.
They contribute to amplify the CCA's "voice" to local and international audiences, increasing the CCA's reach, engagement, and loyalty with its publics, which in turn contributes to increasing institutional awareness.
A reference for best practices in digital communications and engagement platforms, they apply creative ideas into realistic projects.
