Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for CLIENT'S Call Centre positions.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to meet recruitment needs.
• Leverage ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipeline effectively.
• Maintain strong candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and participate in recruitment debriefs.
