Custom Fabricator

Our Client is a company dedicated to crafting high-quality custom, complex, displays. Their experienced design team members are experts in ideation and turning 'rough' client concepts to complete retail display designs, all while keeping the project's budget top of mind.

The Lead Builder will work directly with the team and Clients. Will be handling 1-2 medium projects per month and the expectation is for the production volume to scale as the team grows within 2026.

- 5-10 years of Carpentry Experience. Custom fabrication background is a plus.

- Leadership experience (at least 2-3 people).

- Proficient interpreting Blue Prints.

- Experience with CNC routers, CNC lasers, Spray Laminate, Millwork and other hand and power tools.

- Experience with materials such as Plexiglass, PVC, metal, wood.
