What to expect :

The Business / Systems Analyst role will help bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions through gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements using various methods including development of prototypes. This role will also help keep projects on track through creating project plans, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the final solution meets business requirements. This includes playing a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT systems and software applications meet the evolving needs of our organization. This includes :

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units (, Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using various techniques, including interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

Prototyping & Solution Design :

Project Management :

Process Modeling :

Documentation :

Liaison & Communication :

Testing & Quality Assurance :

Implementation & Change Management :

Other duties as assigned

This position reports directly to the Director, Digital Architecture and Solutions and primarily works remotely from their home office in Canada. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person. We are embracing radical flexibility, where employees are encouraged to work a schedule that works best for them, their team, and their clients.
